Can someone help me relax?

I have exams coming up FAST, and the two things that relaxed me last time was:
-biting nails
-chewing gum
But now I can’t do either because of braces. So I’M SO VERY NERVOUS for exams, how can I relax, and what could help me during the exams (relax)?
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

What is tension: its combination of your thoughts, feelings, and sensations and actions. Try to separate thoughts feelings and actions. Liberating yourself from this confusion is really relaxing. Feel for the sensations, don’t act on impulse.

look at the color blue its the most relaxing color, take a break from study, a good hour, take a bike ride, exercise is every relaxing study show

when i had braces they said no bubble gum because its sticky
gum with braces is fine if its sugar free and not bubble gum
like Trident or something. thats even good for your teeth!
