I thought it was moving from an area of more stuff to an area of less stuff, but we did an experiment in class and the water from the beaker moved into the dialysis bag of sucrose solution. I don’t understand why. Doesn’t the sucrose solution have a higher concentration, so should it not be moving out to the water?
I am so confused. Please Help!

If you’re asked to mix

2.50 mL of Pb(No3)2
1 mL KI
6.50 mL of H2O

total volume: 10 mL

How do you calculate the theoretical concentration of each ion in this solution?
In this experiment, we weren’t given any molar concentration. We’re also asked to solve for Q after we have solved for the ion concentrations of Pb and I.
