			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s 3:AM here in the UK and I just can&#8217;t stay asleep even though I did not sleep on saturday night and was a zombie all day yesterday. I am worrying about my university degree at an uncontrollable rate. Before I went to bed at 10pm there my last exam was the only thing on my mind, I dreamt about it and woke up at 12AM, then 1:45AM and 2:45AM. I felt that I had slept an entire night because I am used to having insomnia but when I finally get to sleep I&#8217;m usually out for the count. So ever since I woke up about an hour ago I read my programme handbook, and all about the consequences of failure. I debate my performance in the exams and worry that I have failed them all. And I worry that the course director won&#8217;t accept my coursework because I handed in the work late, and then handed in an EC1 form later but was too scared to give it to him in person. I am so scared, I realise the mistake that I made to be so relaxed about university. I haven&#8217;t actually failed a module before, but I think it&#8217;s possible for me to fail more than one this semester. What&#8217;s worst is that I have the hardest exam (management accounting) on wednesday and I have so much to do. How can I relax about it all? And if I have to repeat a year will I still receive financing? And would I be an idiot for having to repeat a year at uni?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been revising 3-5 hours of biology for the past 4 years and now my exam is finally dawning upon me, i was wondering whether to keep revising now and tomorrow or to put the books away and forget about it. Bear in mind that i have had alot of exams this week and haven&#8217;t really had time to revise for the up coming exams, although i have been doing some last miniute cramming, My tutors recommend that i put away the biology books and just relax before my exam, what should i do.? Do you think i should keep on revising till my exam actually starts or put the books away and get some rest, so i can be fresh for my exam. Also my average grade for biology are 80-100%. Honest answers please, no joke one.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My mom and I went to the mall around three weeks ago and I got my size checked. The last time I got it checked was two years ago, and the results were 34B. We found out that I had grown to a 34D, and that my old bras were squishing my breasts down. </p>
<p>Today, I took a shower and laid in my bed nude for a few hours because I didn&#8217;t want to get my clothes wet and the sheets were really warm, soft, and relaxing (exams hurt D:). I went up to look at myself in the mirror (as most do) and I realized that my breasts were&#8230;how should i say this?&#8230;.very rounded and full? Yeah. </p>
<p>I mean, they were rounded and full last time, but today I really noticed a difference. It shocked me to the point I had to ask a question to why they were like this. </p>
<p>Was it because they just now started to get used to my new bra size or a sudden body change? Thanks!<br />
By the way, I&#8217;m fourteen, but I&#8217;ve been going through puberty ever since late 5th grade. In two days I&#8217;ll be done with 8th grade and move on to High School&#8230;do you think it&#8217;s still possible that it&#8217;s puberty related? </p>

I have this anxiety problem where i feel sick and faint in situations where im under pressure or where there are alot of people in a room and im not able to speak &#8211; i guess i like to feel free. Anyway, i had three 20minute exams a week back and in them i felt TERRIBLE and now i have exams ten times longer and i have no idea how ill cope! They start tomorrow so i cant go and see a doctor for it in advance, i just need some help.. i have tried breathing exercises but they make me feel worse D: i just keep thinking about feeling ill in my mind and that makes it worse, i know i need to not think about it but i just cant! Someone told me they requested a pediatric speculum and that helped.Others told me they took a sedative. What has been your experience. I have a very hard time relaxing during that exam and I am worried I will frustrate the doctor, even if he/she puts their hand on me there, I flinch and it makes me try harder to relax (it doesn&#8217;t happen when I have sex with my husband, but I think I&#8217;ve developed a serious phobia with those female exams). I&#8217;ve only tried it once and she couldn&#8217;t finish the exam b/c I was so uncomfortable.<br />
PartyGirl: Thanks for the emphasis with the doctor doing her job. However, I am aware of that and that part of it doesn&#8217;t seem to be the issue.</p>
