Have some peace of mind. Relax. Know that everything will be okay, regardless of your performance. It would help to drink some tea since tea has a calming effect. Get in some carbohydrates. Make sure you’re properly rested all the time, not just for the day of a test. Don’t stay up late just to study because it wouldn’t help much.

Study to make sure you’re confident about knowing the material, but take breaks every once in a while. It might be helpful to study with one friend or a few friends because it may help with minimizing stress. Make sure you take some time out to talk to your friend or friends about other topics as well. I’m a senior in high school, and I studied with a friend for my second attempt for the SAT back in the fall. I thought it was very enjoyable and helpful.
