I am 17 years old male. I noticed that in the last year my memory started to deteriorate. I am confused during the day, cannot even remember what I did that day. Somehow I started to lose the notion of time.
Does this mean something? Can I do something to improve my memory and remember at least 60% of the day?

You’re only 17. Do puzzles. or memory exercises

Have you ever considered nootropics? nootropics are smart drugs or cognitive enhacers and they are made up of different ingredients that can help you improve substantially your memory.

I would be tempted to get a medical chckup if I was you, just to be sure there is not an underlying medical condition. I doubt there would be much wrong, but perhaps a simple blood test to see if you have the right nutrient and hormone levels. Given your age an hormonal imbalance could be affecting you. These sorts of things are easily rectified.

If you are taking any medication or using any drugs these would likely be contributing to your problem.

Otherwise, if you are OK medically, I would try a memory technique course, rather than just memory exercises, although these courses are likely to include exercises anyway.

I did a course which started helping me straight away. I was a little different to you because I was having trouble retaining information for my job. I nearly got fired because of it, but the course has saved me -simple as that.

Have a look through the site I have put in the resource box. There is info on foods there too.
