How do you change a %concentration of ethanol into an actual concentration in M?

I want to change 0.05% of ethanol in a solution into an actual concentration amount in M! How would i do that?

So it’s 0.05moldm^-3 concentration? Just times the concentration in moldm^-3 if its in cm just divide it by 1000 and then times it by the rfm (add the top numbers on a periodic table of elements together)
