How much do you think the Critical thinking and study skills course will boost my SAT scores?

I’m taking it through FLVS. The first SAT scores were: Math- 420, Reading- 350, Writing- 370. I retook the test a couple weeks ago but haven’t got my scores back yet. Some of the colleges I want to attend require a combined score of 1200 with just reading and math. How much do you think this course will help? Do you think it will help me enough to get this score or at least close to it? Sources?

Flat out your test scores are rather low. BUT not without hope, everyone has to start somewhere and i started lower than you did. I took a prep course and it brought my SAT score up over 300 points( the first time, and more the next time i took an alternative prep course) because they show you what you need to know to better manage your time and know the patterns to look out for. math and writing are easier to get up than reading because reading is based on vocab and using maaaaaaaaaaaaajor context clues to your advantage. The course, depending on its reputation, should do the job, and if not…bring you very close.
