I will be having more than 10 subjects next sem in my university…and it is worrying me a lot…They are not just any ordinary subjects…but major subjects in science and health…

Furthermore…i will be reading several 2-3 inches thick book for each subject…and who would have said that reading those books are fun?

My question to you guys is that how can i boost, improve, enhance my memory and learning skills besides taking memory enhancers such as Gingko biloba?

A great exercise to improve all over perception is to lay very still. Listen hard and see what noises you can hear from long distance. When you become really good at this, as it improves concentration, you will b able to hear a train coming from 3 stops away or a bird from a long way away.
Sorry cannot be more help, good luck though!

Eat bananas, and lots of them. They keep you alert and help the brain process much more quickly along with your pupils in a focused fashion.

Eat bananas especially at the start of the day and as snacks.

If you are able to get some blueberries and other berries, they too help you a lot.

Aside from nutrition, it is also part of your motivation to finish those books next semester. If one has doubts now, than might as well not do it!

Its either you DO IT or DON’T…. there is no try.

Besides, if you do it – the hell I’d be proud of you and so would Rick James.

I’m Rick James biyatch!
