NEVER try to cram!!! It is best if you do your studying right.

The best way I can tell you is to find what your limit is. What I mean is, sit down and do your reading for an hour. Then determine if your losing concentration or getting tired.
If you are getting tired or losing concentration, then reduce your time to 1/2 hour segments.
In between those segments, you have to take a break.
The human mind is quite amazing. What you actually absorb is filed away in your subconscious as well as your brain. Our ability to recall information is one of our strengths.
If you take a 1/2 hour to read, and then relax for a 1/2 hour and repeat the cycles, you will actually retain more information and recall it better than if you were to cram for hours at a time. A tired body and exhausted mind will work against you.

I wish you luck

Use flash card, or take notes to study.
